    SECURE SERVER: We have a secure server that is SSL certified. We do not share your email address or any personal information with anyone and respect your privacy.

    REFUND POLICY: If your class choice is full or canceled, your total deposit will be refunded. Other deposits (less a $50 service fee) are refundable before June 30th.  After June 30th, deposits will not be refunded but may be transferred to another person.

    SCHOLARSHIPS: Partial scholarships are awarded based on need. Mark application request on registration form or download from our website. Applications are due by June 15th with a $300 deposit. If scholarship is inadequate, your full deposit will be returned.

    DAY STUDENT: There are a limited number of day student spaces available. The cost for workshop only is $419.00 + class fee (5 days of class 9 to 4, including lunch). You must call to apply for this option.

    COLLEGE CREDITS: 3 graduate credits per week are available from Portland State University for an additional fee of $150.  Mark credit option on registration form. Only the $300 deposit should be paid. You will receive an invoice with instructions on how to pay the balance. You'll need an ID number from Portland State. If you've taken PSU classes, you already have one.

    ACCEPTANCE: Upon CAC’s receipt of the registration form, along with a $300 deposit, you will be sent an email confirmation. Priority for both online and mail registration will be determined by the date posted. Your class supply list, camp information and final invoices/receipts will be sent to you by June 1st.

    FEES & PAYMENT: $666.00 fee includes room, meals & tuition. Additional lab fees are noted in class description and will be applied to your workshop fee during processing. A $300.00 refundable deposit per week is required with registration & balance due by June 30, 2008.
    You may pay in full when online registration begins or if you choose to pay only the deposit online, by June 30th you must remit the balance by Mail to: CAC PO Box 4958 Portland, OR 97208. See rooms and meals page for further rate information. Your credit card will not be charged unless your class choice is available.

    EARLY ARRIVAL: On the Saturday before your week of class, you will have access to your assigned room after 6pm. Saturday dinner at Menucha is not available but there are restaurants nearby. Sunday breakfast and lunch will be provided by Menucha staff. With no scheduled activities, you may just relax, read, wander the grounds or start some art. The pool will be open Sunday afternoon. Studios will be available after set-up is complete. FEE: $58

    WAITING LIST: If your class selection is full, contact us by phone or e-mail to be added to our waiting list. If your class choice is unavailable, your credit card will not be charged and we will contact you regarding the waiting list.

    TAX DEDUCTABLE DONATIONS: Remember the Creative Arts Community is a non-profit organization with 5013C status. We are run by a 24 member volunteer board and we would definitely appreciate your financial support to keep this Adult Residential workshop in operation. You will find a donation area on the registration form.
